[Improvement]: Replace radix ui toast with Sonner

This issue proposes replacing the currently used @radix-ui/react-toast library with the sonner library for toast notifications. This change aims to improve user experience due to reported issues with @radix-ui/react-toast which I found on making toast in kanban where the portal is not working as expected
