[Improvement] We should update App Logo

The logo is Gauzy Teams instead of Ever Teams image

We should do it by EAS Build which auto generates the icons from app.json

We have already defined the icons in the app.json for Android and iOS, which are Ever Teams logos. image

The eas build should set them in the native folders @evereq
