[Bug] As an Employee, User is Unable to View Anything on the Settings→ General Page

Issue:

Employees are unable to view any content on the Settings→ General page.

Expected Condition:

The Settings→ General page should display all relevant content and settings options for employees. If this page is not accessible to the employees, then we should hide the option altogether.
