@InspectorCaracal I check it. And I tried multiple browsers and all failed. Browsers enable js by default

I can't reproduce this. @yanmengxiang1 Could it be that you are yourself located in China? The IP address you link to is in the US. Could this be an example of "The great wall of China" firewall blocking access to this library from inside China for some reason?
