Revert 93c0735 (fixes #124 again)

First #124 is opened, manyToMany is broken! A fix is quickly made and merged (https://github.com/eveningkid/denodb/pull/131), but then (accidentally?) it's reverted in 93c0735?

so now i'm reverting the revert because manyToMany is broken again.
