How to make updated_at report time, not only date?(question)

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.

I am surprised date objects don't store time. Default timestamps are Date() objects which also contain time.

Two questions:

1. What database are you using?
2. What have you tried so far to check it's date-only values?
