update incoming call works fine on 4.3.9-4.3.13. But on 4.3.14-4.3.15 nothing is displayed
I can run ``` RNCallKeep.displayIncomingCall(callUUID, number, number, 'number', false); RNCallKeep.answerIncomingCall(callUUID); ``` instead of ``` RNCallKeep.startCall(callUUID, number, number); ``` but it is not the right way I think
