UI: show indicator when vehicle detection is still running

With only one vehicle, detection should be stopped after the first candidate is identified. With multiple candidate vehicles, detection does continue for 10min to identify potential conflicts. We need to decide if this status should be shown as "detection running".

I would prefer such an indicator. So loading starts with "guest" and the detection is running in background? What about vehicles, which are defaultvehicle on any other loadpoint? I think, they should be exempted of the detection.

yes, they are already excluded from detection.
