Cardata: no green button on complete auth

For BMW the result is unexpected once auth completes. I don't see the green button:

I also still see the additional click from menu to prepare. Prepare shouldn't be required and the action merged with the menu click?

Ok is see. I think I have to level up the demo auth service to make a reliable test for this szenario.

There's still something odd. After device auth at BMW, when coming back to the evcc UI a new device code is shown. I didn't time to reproduce yet, but it seems DA was re-triggered (which it shouldn't while still in progress).

@andig Did this happen in "Create vehicle" dialogue or did you open the auth modal from navigation?
