Add §14a compliance indicator to docs

In https://github.com/evcc-io/evcc/pull/23925, heatpump dimming was added for purpose of §14a compliance. We also have the ability to prevent various batteries from grid-charding during dimming where hold mode is available. This is however not visible in the docs and we should document these capabilities.
