Add support Anker Solix Solarbank 3 (E2700 Pro)

Hi, it would be very nice if evcc supports my Anker Solix Solarbank 3. If someone has is willing to program it, i will test it. I was allready able to connect my homeassistant instance to the Solarbank using this plugin (https://github.com/thomluther/ha-anker-solix). Maybe it's possible to get the needed date from there.

You can use a custom meter to get the data from homeassisstant, otherwise happy to accept a PR. Note that the core team won't work on this.
