Supporting code for the presentation

1. install node.js for your platfrom (see http://nodejs.org/)
2. npm install within this directory
3. Copy .emailPassword-example to .emailPassword and change the values to your gmail password
4. Copy .emailUsername-example to .emailUsername and change the values to your gmail address
5. run the examples. IE, to run the web server in example 1, node 1-foreground.js
