Why no CELL_TYPE_BLANK?

I have to generate an excel-file to test out system. It expects a blank cell, but I can't make cell blank: there is no such option. Neither can't I pass a null value to a cell because content type is Any (not nullable).

Is there a way to pass blank cell? Not empty string, it's not an option!

Try pull request since it seems the project owner is not maintaining it anymore.
