Data structure for identity equivalence

I'd like to have an explicit storage mechanism for identity equivalence, including:

  • From identity
  • To identity
  • Source ("Identica", "Diaspora", "relme", "Twitter API", "Gravatar profile API")
  • Timestamp

I still think we should return the simpler version, but I want to keep as much auditing data as possible.
