Walking gif-animation in mario example is broken in Google Chrome

It seems like the gif-file is reloaded and re-downloaded on every single frame, so we can only ever see the first frame in the gif. The network tab in chrome developer tools shows a thousand requests for the same .gif-file.

I think this is due to elm/virtual-dom#62.
