Watson STT support?

Hi Evan,

Sonus really works well and I am really happy with it. Thanks a lot for all the help and support that you have provided during the setup. One last question -- how can I use IBM Bluemix STT with Sonus.

Not a contributor here, but I also need this so I'm going to try and implement an integration for it. Once it's done hopefully they'll merge the PR.

To not break the current Google Speech implementation (since it's apparently what all the cool kids are using), I'll probably add some sort of wrapper code that can be passed to the Sonus instance.
