channel parts not showing in logs

This could be just a factor of the clients. I'm not sure offhand.

Also: /quit isn't shown in logs, either.

I think it's a bad filter in the logs view. pretty sure they're in the db itself.

I don't have any insight on this one - QUIT and PART are both in the logs.ftl template. Should be a simple fix once there's insight on the actual log data.
