  • need namespacing: ENABLE_FORTRAN, REQUIRE_CXX_API, ENABLE_MPFR
  • adjust namespacing: LIBINT2_BUILD_SHARED_AND_STATIC_LIBS vs LIBINT_USE_BUNDLED_BOOST ... settle on LIBINT2
