Currently an `APPVM_SHOTS_DIR` of _/home/user/Pictures/Screenshots_ would be reset to the default Pictures dir of the AppVM, which is not correct in my interpretation.

This looks like double negation confusion. `$mode_not_delete_screen_at_dom` must not be set for the images to be deleted in dom0.
