OTP 26 and ecto version

Seems need to use more updated version of ecto such as 3.11 in order to solve the problem of OTP 26!

** (Kernel.TypespecError) lib/ecto/query.ex:430: type dynamic/0 is a built-in type and it cannot be redefined.
