remaining ones supported by GoingElectric and not EVMap:

It seems to me that an icon for the old Tesla (Model S/X) plugs is missing. It is an adapted type 2, so do you worry about the confusion with type 2?
You mean the one on old (V1/V2) Superchargers in Europe? We do have that:
For AC charging, Model S/X have always used the Type 2 standard in Europe, so the plugs (e.g. on Tesla Destination chargers) should also be mapped as such. Destination chargers can be restricted to only Tesla vehicles, but that is just a software setting.
In North America, Tesla vehicles (also Model 3/Y) do have a different plug (now called NACS), and that one is still missing in EVMap, yes.

All the V1/V2 on OpenChargeMap I could find in France: those are probably shared stalls having on each store a CCS and an old type2 plug).
