NUTS 1 boundaries at 60M are actually NUTS 2

It appears that the boundaries in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eurostat/Nuts2json/master/pub/v2/2024/3035/60M/1.json are actually NUTS2 boundaries.

I discovered this because the NUTS boundaries shown underneath a proportional symbol map do not coincide with the selected NUTS level: https://ec.europa.eu/assets/estat/E/E4/gisco/RYB/2025/CH10/CH10M6/
