[JSON-LD context] add @container to prefLabel term

Please add "@container" : "@language" for the prefLabel term in the JSON-LD context (edc-ap-context.jsonld) to allow for the correct representation of the literals in json format, see https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld11/#string-internationalization and https://www.w3.org/TR/json-ld11/#language-indexing
