Invisibe wall coverage FoV visualisation on some systems

On some combinations of python & VTK versions, trying to view camera FoV as CAD model shading does not work - nothing is visible. Reported by Jordan Cavalier and I've also seen it on some configurations (but not others).

One bug which was causing this is fixed as of 2.9, but it's still not fixed for Jordan and the reason isn't clear.

Closing this because it seems to be a system specific VTK issue so not obviously fixable in the Calcam code
