As it says on the title. Since it also utilizes the FTEQW engine as one of the myriad of options, I tried running FreeHL, but encountered errors in getting it set up. Is it possible, and if so, how?

Figured it out. Use game.arm -game valve to load Rad-Therapy. Though I couldn't really figure out FreeCS or any other related open source reimplantation.
