How functional is this?

Hi Jared,

I've begun refactoring the logic into a more generic live synchronization system called "lively", you can see some examples of doing real-time replication of data from a database over TCP, and websockets, and it's no longer just leveldb specific. Look at the examples at: https://github.com/eugeneware/lively-examples

I plan to reimplement firedup on top of the lively components.

I wouldn't recommend relying on what's in firedup at the moment.
