Feature Request: Ordered Decks

Language learning decks will often be ordered to teach the most frequent words first. From running this, it appears to order randomly on first run. I would prefer it goes in the order in the markdown file on first encountering the card before FSRS takes over for re-exposure.

A workaround to this is to just batch the deck in a quantity in which randomization is acceptable. Rather than having a deck with 1k cards, we would instead have 10 decks with 100 cards each.
