Using your tool for single cell data barcoded with split-seq technology and not droplet based

Hello, thank you for the very interesting tool. I am having single cell data barcoded with the split-seq technology and I would like to do a prediction with the shorts reads of potential splicing events. Is the tool supporting this type of sequencing data? I saw only 10X technology in the settings.
