palpidefs CI

Hi @freidt thanks for fixing palpidefs producer. I would like to include it in the automatic CI testing but it requires the palpidefs software from cern git as described in the README.md. It seems that I am not able to download it - might it be protected? Would you want to make it available (e.g. by providing encoded credentials)?

Hi @arummler,

we discussed this internally, and we will provide a zip archive at https://cernbox.cern.ch/index.php/s/QIRPTV84XziyQ3q/download . Does this suit you?

Please note that the software needs tinyxml and libusb1 to compile.

Thanks, I will try to integrate it in the CI. Will keep this issue open until it works.
