Would it be possible to distribute KaTex without a CDN?

Hi,

Loving this so far! Just what I wanted! However, I like to use the minimum amount of CDNs as possible, and the dependency on CloudFlare makes this harder. In addition, you may want to look into using a different service thank CloudFlare. They're not necessarily the best company in the world, thought as a CDN I'm sure they're fine. Would it be possible to distribute the plugin with KaTeX bundled locally instead?
