[FEATURE] Get packing slips

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no way to get/download packing slips via the API.

Describe the solution you'd like An endpoint that takes a receipt_id and a set of options (i.e. those that https://www.etsy.com/your/orders/sold asks when printing an order packing slip).

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Alternative 1: Go to Etsy Orders page to print the packing slip.
• Alternative 2: Generate custom packing slips instead of using Etsy packing slips.
• Alternative 3: No packing slips.

Currently we are mostly doing a mix of 1 and/or 2 (depending on legal invoice requirements and whether it is a gift order).

I also think this would be a great enhancement, I would like to be able to programatically request the Packing slip pdf so I can queue it to be printed automatically.
