[ENDPOINT] Proposed design change for getShopReceipt - more detailed tax breakdown

Current Endpoint Design Currently the API does not provide a detailed tax/vat breakdown for each order item.

Proposed Endpoint Design Change Each order item should have a separate position of its share of total tax/vat charged for the order.

Why are you proposing this change? This is needed in cases where parts of the order are fulfilled by different production partners and each need separately know the total for their part. Ideally this could also be done with shipping costs but not sure if this is possible at the moment.

Would be very useful in EU using OSS schemes, because it might be that some countries have different VATs for different items.

These details are very important for us. We need at least the tax rate per item and the net price. Everything else we can calculate on our own.

I would add, too, that it would be useful to know if the shipping/freight charges were included in the tax total.
