[FEATURE] Get the amount buyer paid in his currency

I know you said you can't expose the IOSS numbers via API but thats ok it's a constant and easy to work with. The bigger issue is the amount to be declared in EUR/GBP etc... that should be written on the package in the BUYER'S currency and amount. This is provided in the Shop Manager but currently there's no way to get the data via the API.

I'm re opening this part of the request that was closed for the IOSS exposure issue which mentioned 2 issues in it and this one was not addressed. Thank you!

So, say nothing about legal reasons.

Just estimate that feature and release that ASAP

@etsyachristensen can this be addressed now. We are getting IOSS requests almost every week.
