API for messages not found in documentation.

Going through the API documentation, it doesn't appear that there is any access to messages (buyer and seller). Please provide me with the GET API for messages relating to an order. Thnaks.

Are you referring to the messages on the receipts/listing items? Or direct messages between buyers and sellers? We have no plans at this time to add direct messages into the V3 OpenAPI. Perhaps eventually.

Do you know reason for that? I mean all other platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, etc - have an API for customer communication. Why Etsy isn't planning such functionality?

Use case for that - is that you don't need to monitor different sites for new messages and can process them with some all-in-one tool.
