Proposed Endpoint Design Change Possibility to change order Private Notes via API

Why are you proposing this change? This will help external order management system to store actual information about order to be visible in etsy panel. And to process etsy orders in more efficient way.

Eg. most of CRM uses own order IDs. And If external CRM may keep order ID in Private notes via API, it will help to more quick to work with orders from Etsy side .

I would like to add. It would be great if the field could be completely synchronized in both directions.
