Crash report in Ubuntu

I left Armory on for the night to sync, but in the morning I got a crash notice. I ran it again and it kept crashing after several seconds. This is the terminal output https://gist.github.com/stevenroose/0ab762344e30b983e6ca

I tried to delete all settings, and initialize Armory again. It still crashes when it starts building the databases...

Is it possible that this is due to a wrong Berkely Db version? I did not use the latest recommended version, but the existing version in Ubuntu. This works for bitcoind, but makes some of the data incompatible with other versions...
