Cvops can continue progress of another cvops stealing uniform

Example: 1 cvops is stealing uniform and then 2nd one comes and finishes the progress on last tick. 1 cvops left empty handed and 2nd cvops got uniform skipping the time to steal process.

2 solutions:

1. Only one cvops at a time can steal uni. 2nd cvops can not interact with the same process.

2. Both cvops have separate progressbars for it so you can not steal it from other cvops at last sec.

Might be minor issue? But does happen in game and seems a bit odd situation and maybe something is possible to improve behavior in such case.
