Provide fixed arena files with mod

There are several old maps which have broken arena files inside them. Since they are only few kb in size mostly, we could provide fixes for those in the mod pk3. Having a broken arena file will not only spam console with errors when opening in-game callvote map menu, but also breaks the parser so that such maps never appear in the menu.

Few maps to begin with, should add more here later.
