Allow adding multiple ASN for a given mirror

Should be easy to do.

I had a look at the source code and I agree that it's easy to implement.

A use-case for multiple ASNs would be to restrict the mirror to one AS and its peers with connections and a peering policy where it makes sense to offer a mirror. For example, if an AS has only has good or cheap connectivity to some of its peers.
