Where is Windows support for snmpfwd

I've been through your documentation and file drop locations and can not find any links to the mentioned Windows based components. What am I missing?

Could you please be a bit more specific?

I guess snmpfwd should not require anything Windows-specific save for the pycryptodome package (which is already optional in master).
