Is your feature request related to a specific problem?

In the declaration of a systems.yaml for a given system or service, we are interested in including the regex patterns/wild cards in the dataset_references section.

The motivation for this feature is to enable dynamic tagging for systems that need access to multiple datasets where the list is not always constant which is a common scenario in large-scale infrastructures.
