Generate API additional AWS fields

Context

The design of the "Scan results" step of the config wizard calls for additional fields that are not returned by the generate endpoint:

• Instance Name
• Resource Group
• Region/Zone - this can be added.
  • This a parameter for the request, so we could just assume the response matches, but it would be nice to have.

Requirements

Include each of these fields in the scan response, probably in the fidesctl_meta dictionary.
