Once the user has fully described and annotated their system, we need a way to show them what it looks like in its final form before registration

This should be a straight-forward page for showing a user the field name as well as what information they entered.

Additional context

Maybe we want to let the user still edit fields at this point as opposed to going back a step or two to do it? I'm not sure
