Remove the demo resources now that we have our own resources as examples

This is just another set of resources to make sure stays in-sync with the models. This is redundant now that we have real .fides resources we can point to and other examples in our docs.

Delete the demo resource folder

Describe alternatives you've considered, if any

Keeping it in, and adding checks for it if they don't exist
