Support for FB Limited Data Use from Shopify pages

As a marketer/developer who is integrated with Shopify pages, I want to read from the Fides consent object to set the facebook limited data use flag within Shopify, so that my user’s consent choices are reflected.

• Given that a user has landed on my Shopify pages with the data sharing or data sales props set to False on the Fides consent object, when the Fides-shopify script runs, it sets Facebook into limited data use.
