Config Wizard End State for Plus

As a Fides-plus user, when I complete the wizard, i want to be shown my data map, so that i can see the outcome of what I configured during the Wizard/scanning process.

• We added conditional UI components based on the existence of the plus API for Fidescls - can we do the same here?

AC Given that I am in the config wizard, when I finish a scan or manual entry, then I am presented with the next step of viewing my data map.
