Approve classification button floats in middle of screen

On larger screens, the bulk "Approve Classification" button and text should stick to the left. Currently, it floats awkwardly in the middle-ish of the screen.

Oh yeah, in the design why is there an extra large space on the right of the button?

That made me think it's bound more to that text block, so I made it flex toward the middle.
