I think it is important to note that the multitaasking-camera-access entitlement [is deprecated](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/bundleresources/entitlements/com_apple_developer_avfoundation_multitasking-camera-access). It seems like the recommended approach is to use `isMultitaskingCameraAccessEnabled`.
