can't install on Debian stable due to zstd compression

version: swarm-desktop_0.18.1_amd64.deb OS: GNU/Linux Debian 11.6

I'm getting the following error when trying to install:

dpkg-deb: error: archive '.../swarm-desktop_0.18.1_amd64.deb' uses unknown compression for member 'control.tar.zst', giving up

from what I found, it's because dpkg implemented zstd support only in 1.21.18, and dpkg in Debian stable is currently only at 1.20.12.
