Add the ability to run on different ports

Bee by default uses ports 1633 to 1635. However when developing libraries for Bee or Bee itself then the dev tools also assume that Bee runs on that port. Sometimes it is possible to change the tooling to use Bee on a different port but sometimes it isn't.

It would be easier if the Desktop app could select a different port to run Bee on it.
